All product specifications, curcumin percentages, mesh sizes, and moisture values listed on this website are indicative and based on typical batch performance.

Actual specifications for each shipment will be confirmed in writing (via proforma invoice or product specification sheet) before order confirmation.

Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch upon request.

Prices displayed on this website, if any, are indicative only and subject to change based on market conditions, order volume, and destination.

A formal quotation will be provided in writing upon inquiry.

All quotes are valid for the period specified in the quotation document. Greenline Exim Trade reserves the right to revise pricing before order confirmation.

All orders are subject to a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and agreed payment terms.

Standard payment terms include advance payment (T/T) or Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Greenline Exim Trade reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of non-payment or breach of agreed terms.

All exports from Greenline Exim Trade comply with Indian export regulations, FSSAI guidelines, and applicable phytosanitary requirements.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations, customs duties, and labeling requirements in their country.

Greenline Exim Trade will provide all standard export documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificate.

Greenline Exim Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information provided herein.

Our liability for any direct claim arising from product quality or non-delivery shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, port disruptions, or government restrictions.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
